My mission is to empower busy women to slow down and enjoy the life they’ve worked so hard to achieve. Through inspirational art and beautiful designs, I teach women how to take control of their thoughts and therefore their emotions and lives.

I use my art as quick but beautiful reminders of larger truths.
We all know we need to pause sometimes, to take deep breaths, to love our neighbors as ourselves, and to appreciate the little things. But sometimes life is so hectic we forget to actually do those things.
That’s where “the art of mindful living” comes in. By placing a work of art (that’s actually a colorful reminder) where you need to see it most, you’ll actually remember to do the things that make life worth living. The best part?
