ORDER TIMELINE

Our company creates all products within 5 – 10 business days.  Oftentimes, orders process faster than that but we can’t guarantee a faster processing time.

Ready to Ship vs. Standard Listing

Check the listing carefully to understand if a product is ready to ship or if the product is subject to additional processing time after being ordered. Unless specifically noted as “ready to ship,” the item will require the standard processing time.

Both are handmade but the shipment ready piece will require minimal processing while the made-to-order products will take 5 – 10 business days to be ready to ship.

HANDMADE DISCLAIMER

The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to variations from the suppliers, printers, and monitor viewing. All products are subject to careful quality control.

Your product(s) can be damaged if:

  • Exposed to constant, direct sunlight. This will eventually fade the ink.
  • Gotten wet. The print may run, wrinkle, or in other ways lose its form.

Print Sizes

Please read the product description carefully to make sure you’re ordering the size print you want. We offer all our designs in various sizes, so please verify that you’ve ordered the correct size from the dropdown menu before you check out.

Custom orders

We always love creating new products from scratch. Please contact us for a quote.

DISCLAIMER: Custom orders can have a lengthier processing time. Ask us for details.

SHIPPING

Our company ships all domestic orders using USPS Mail. 

International shipping

At this time, Vibrance by Victoria doesn’t support international shipping as it is cost prohibitive and therefore wouldn’t be fair to any international buyers.

We continue to look for economical and reliable international shipping options, so check back frequently for policy updates.

Cost calculations

We do our best to apply fair shipping costs to each order. We do not charge for (non-expedited) domestic shipping. The standard delivery time is 3-5 business days. Contact us if you need your product delivered sooner.

Timeline

Selecting expedited shipping during checkout does not ensure a faster PROCESSING time. Your product may still need 5 – 10 business days to be crafted.

If you opt for expedited shipping, you will incur the expedited shipping charge. Free domestic shipping is only applicable to non-expedited shipping times.

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Personalized and/or customized goods are exempt from being returned unless the product arrives defective or was damaged in transit.

Additional non-returnable/refundable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Automatic downloads

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without first securing assurance that we will receive it. Simply sending your purchase back will not automatically mean you’ll receive a refund.

Refunds

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (generally less than 5 business days).

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, since it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at admin@vibrancebyvictoria.com.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you would like to exchange the defective item for the same item, send us an email at admin@vibrancebyvictoria.com . We will respond to your request with further instructions for shipping your item back.

Shipping

Please do not attempt to return an item until you have received approval by email from admin@vibrancebyvictoria.com.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item worth over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. If you are unsure of how to do so, please let us know so we can offer suggestions for your peace of mind. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
